Official Student Referral & Affiliate Program Policy
Welcome to the NP Exam Coach Student Referral Program.
We are grateful that you want to help other future PMHNPs succeed. This program is designed to reward active students who share our course responsibly and ethically.
To ensure fairness, transparency, and system integrity, please carefully review the official policies below.
Participation in this program indicates agreement with all terms outlined on this page.
1. Program Overview
Active students may:
• Share their personal referral link
• Offer friends $50 off enrollment
• Earn $50 for each qualified enrollment
Referral rewards apply only when ALL qualification conditions are met.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To earn referral commissions, you must:

Be actively enrolled in an NP Exam Coach program

Remain in good standing
-
Use only your assigned referral link or coupon
-
Follow all rules outlined in this policy
Inactive students are not eligible to earn commissions.
3. How Referral Tracking Works
All referral tracking is fully automated.
Referrals are credited ONLY when:

Your unique referral link is used
OR -
Your personal referral coupon is used
The system records the FINAL tracking source and FINAL coupon used at checkout.
NP Exam Coach does not manually override tracking records.
4. Qualified Referral Conditions
A referral qualifies for commission ONLY when:
✔ Your referral link OR your referral coupon is used
✔ No other affiliate link or referrer is involved
✔ No other coupon is applied
✔ No company-wide sale or promotion is active
✔ The course is purchased at standard listed price
✔ Payment is completed successfully
✔ The enrollment is not refunded or charged back
If ANY of the above conditions are not met, the commission is void.
5. Critical Tracking & Coupon Policy (Important)
To protect fairness across all students, the following rules strictly apply:
A. Multiple Referrer Rule
If a purchaser:

Clicks another affiliate’s referral link
-
Uses another student’s referral coupon
-
Is tracked under another referrer
Even if they use your coupon —
You will NOT receive commission.
The system assigns credit to the final valid referral source.
No manual adjustments will be made.
B. Coupon + Link Conflict Rule
If a purchaser:

Clicks your referral link
BUT -
Applies a different coupon at checkout (company coupon, advertisement code, promotion code, sale discount, etc.)
You will NOT receive commission.
The FINAL coupon used determines commission eligibility.
Discounts always take priority over referral payouts.
C. Company Promotion Rule
If your referral uses:

A company-wide discount
-
A limited-time promotion
-
A special event sale
-
An advertisement coupon
-
Stacked coupons
You will NOT earn commission.
No exceptions.
6. System Tracking Transparency & Coupon Visibility
To ensure transparency, the affiliate system records:

The referral link used
-
The final coupon applied at checkout
-
The referral name
-
Enrollment status
When a referral is recorded, you may receive:

A dashboard notification
-
An automated affiliate email
The notification will show:
-
The referral name
-
The enrollment status
-
The coupon code used
If your referral appears in your dashboard but no commission is issued, check which coupon was used.
✔ If your personal referral coupon was used — you receive commission.
✖ If another coupon was used — no commission is issued.
It is your responsibility to review your dashboard and emails carefully.
7. No Appeal & No Manual Adjustment Policy
Commissions that do not meet qualification conditions:

Cannot be appealed

Cannot be manually added
-
Cannot be reinstated
System records are final.
Screenshots, conversations, or verbal agreements are not valid for commission recovery.
8. Refund & Chargeback Policy
If a referred student:

Requests a refund
-
Issues a chargeback
-
Fails payment
The associated commission is automatically voided.
9. Reporting Window
If you believe there is a system tracking error (rare but possible):
You must report it within 7 days of the referral notification email.
Failure to review affiliate emails does not qualify for retroactive adjustments.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Self-referrals

Creating fake accounts
-
Coupon stacking attempts
-
Advertising below official pricing
-
Sharing internal company coupons
-
Offering unauthorized discounts
-
Misrepresenting course pricing
Violations may result in:

Removal from the affiliate program
-
Commission forfeiture
-
Course access termination
11. Commission Payment

Commission amount: $50 per qualified enrollment

Paid only after qualification and payment verification
-
Refunds and chargebacks void commissions
-
Payout schedule follows affiliate dashboard settings
There is no income guarantee.
12. Program Modifications
NP Exam Coach reserves the right to:

Modify commission structure
-
Change referral amounts
-
Update program rules
-
Suspend or terminate the program
-
Modify policies at any time
All updates will appear on this page.
Final Statement
This referral program is built on automation, fairness, and transparency.
The system determines:

Which referral link was used
-
Which coupon was applied
-
Whether qualification conditions were met
Manual overrides are not available.
